Samsung unveils three new GALAXY Smartphones

Samsung India adds three models of handsets including Samsung GALAXY Ace, GALAXY Fit and GALAXY POP Smartphones to its family of GALAXY family with the launch of. Announcing the launch, Mr. Ranjit Yadav, Country Head, Samsung Mobiles and IT, stated, “Following the phenomenal success of Samsung GALAXY S, we wanted to expand our Android based Smartphone offerings in the Indian market in keeping with our philosophy of ‘Smartphone
for everyone’. Our new Galaxy series will enable our consumers to be more effective, productive, better connected, and in tune with their smart life – both personal and professional – all in a very easy and simple way.” The new Samsung GALAXY models offer a premium design, enhanced multimedia features and the superior Android experience with Android 2.2.
With over 100,000 applications from the Android market and Samsung Apps, the new GALAXY series are designed for optimum performance, with the new handsets offering characteristic features of the GALAXY series including Quicktype by SWYPE, Social Hub, TouchWiz 3.0 and Active Sync.
The three models including Samsung GALAXY S, GALAXY Fit and GALAXY POP are priced respectively at Rs.18,290/-, Rs.12,860/- and Rs.11,198/-.
